i hope everyone had a wonderful new years. i have so many resolutions for this upcoming year...


1. to get healthy. i have been really bad this past year with eating unhealthy and not exercising as much as i used to. I resolve to get my butt up earlier in the morning and start working out before i have to go to work. 


2. to make more art. i have already gotten started with this one. my boyfriend and i just got our upstairs redone and we made it into a studio for ourselves and it is glorious. i feel so inspired to have a space to go to after work and to start creating. i have made a number of new pieces that i need to post to this blog already, so look for them shortly :) 


3. to be more dedicated to this blog. i resolve to post more on my blog. i know i have written other posts about it but i need to get my butt into gear and start doing it. maybe i need to start posting after my morning work outs ;)

i have been neglecting this blog hardcore, but i am promising to make a change about that. my boy friend and i are finally getting our upstairs studio done. it is going to feel so good to have a space to create instead of here and there randomly around the house. i am also gearing up for an art sale in a couple of weeks so i need to make make make. I will post photos of our new studio when it has been completed although i didn't take a before photo :/ i won't neglect you anymore blog. i will try to post on you daily :) 

It has been forever!

since my last post! I have been being productive making these embroideries :) Also I have finally gotten around to listing a few items on etsy. I was waiting for some sunshine so I could take photos. Also, I have just joined in on pinterst. If you haven't done so already check it out! I am going to really try to post more frequently on my blog and make more art for my etsy shop. I have been slacking big time!

hearts, stripes, and bows

It has been soooooooooo long since my last post! agh! I have been very productive still making art though. Every weekend has been cloudy and rainy so good for art making but bad for being able to photograph new work for my shop. Maybe this weekend will be sunny....wishful thinking.
